The location and service were okay. I booked a King En-suite room but was given an underground room with no windows and no sofa. The alarm went off more than five times for no apparent reason during my stay. Cleanliness was the worst compared to other accommodations I’ve stayed at in Old Trafford.

Me and my girlfriend come down for a few days as we had a few concerts we were going too, this hotel was very easy to locate and had a very friendly atmosphere to it the staff were very helpful and helped us a lot, breakfast was great they had a mix of buffets and normal breakfast was really really nice, the room we got was a completely different room to what we booked but we didn’t really care so not gonna leave a bad review about it, the room was rather nice basic but nice had everything you needed in it will definitely be returning thank youse.

Although just outside the city centre, location is quite accessible as there is a tram stop nearby. Room is spacious and clean, bed is comfortable and tidy. No issues with ordering outside food as well. This is second time I have stayed here, and will likely book again in the future.

I found several crumbs and cards in the room that likely belonged to the previous guest. The room was not vacuumed at all during my stay, and there was visible dust in several areas. The bathroom was also not cleaned on any of the days, which was quite disappointing. Overall, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I had requested a quiet room, but there was often noise in the middle of the night. On the positive side, I appreciated always finding fresh towels and a neatly made bed. The staff were also friendly and welcoming, which I genuinely appreciated.

No sign of reception (I got lost for 10 min to find the reception desk). Room was kinda,nice bathroom but bedsheet looked like it wasn’t for its size so when we sleep, it kept coming out. Breakfast was okay. -1 no hairdryer 😭

Overall it is a good experience staying in Trafford Hall Manchester. Breakfast are great which provide various choice from the menu, but limited choice for Asian food in the menu. Hotel room and toilet are clean, but a bit disappointed that they didn't provide drinking water, toothbrush and toothpaste.
